Hey guys, I am having an issue with my Oscar's eye and I was wondering what happened. I would also like to know how to treat it. He lost his other eye when I fould him at the petstore so he is pretty much blind.

Hey lazybum34....I have no idea what size tank he is in, but changing 21-30% every two weeks might not be sufficient for a messy waste-maker like a full grown Oscar, regardless of nitrate-level. Clean, clean water can do wonders, and I would start there. Although that doesn't look like cloudy eye....clean water may help, and there really is no downside.
