Michael Romeo writes everything. Incredible lyrics, all guitar bass drums and classical parts.

Not at all. I can name a ton of bands who lack knowledge in music but write incredible lyrics. Hardly any of them make it big. There aren't any guitar players who can play and write like Alexi. Michael Romeo's guitar playing is mediocre compared to Alexi Laiho's guitar playing when it comes to metal music. I'm not stating opinions either. Either way, I don't really care, I'm not even a fan of metal music. I'm done here. All apologies to the OP for derailing this thread.

Derailing is fine, its my thread...I wasn't trying to turn this into an argument, merely having a discussion. Too each their own. I think Romeo is a far better player then Laiho, and you think Laiho is better...That being said, I love BOTH bands, and listen to them constantly.
