Cali is over priced I live here so I can say that.
I pay $4.50-$5.25 for a gallon of diesel fuel.
When diesel is high so is everything delivered to cali or throughout in a diesel truck.
Tanks are cheap people people sell when they need a quick buck.
Also most cheap tanks are older and have been thru many hands.
Alot of tank manufacturers use to be in so cal.
Maybe still are idk.
