ok first i want to say ONE MORE COMMENT BOUT MY CHILDREN WILL BE BAD, next i've not been asked why i put her down have i? cause i left myself open to your simple minds you must know that she had a mouth tumor that would have required her to be fed forcefully. maybe she could have been ok or fixed its self but i took it upon my self to take her out of missery. do you think i woke up one morning and said oh look i got a big snake? she (shelby) was always taken care of sometimes things just dont pan out.

But we reacted this way because you implied you put her down because she wrapped your arm.

i made the comment that she tried to break my arm she was only 8' . i kept her till 12' with much love and care. the fact that i would only handle w/ back up should have tould someone that maybe i had thought about the risks. too many big snakes get put down at small sizes cause nobody fears them till its too late.
 
I am very sorry... I misunderstood like most of us and thought you were a horrible person for putting down an innocent animal. I obviously made a mistake. I am glad you did what was best for your animal.

i too was thinking their had to be more behind this.Your post just didnt explain it so i was trying not to jump too deep.Glad to hear your not nuts,sorry if the members jumped too soon.
