This month I'm getting on the horn with the piranha keepers. I've only watched the last couple of months' POTMs but only 1 piranha COME ON!!

8 all the way. and is negative effect allowed for POTM, cuz #19 seems to have used it on that pic...or is it a negative effect? if it's not, wut is that on the pic?
