I seem to be running into some issues, first my oscar now my favorite fish. Please help.

How are you currently treating it?

Looks like Hexamita. Treat with Metronidazole.
Seachem's Metro + Seachem's Focus.
Mix the two Seachem products with food.
Keep the water clean & remove any carbon from the filter.

I put tetra fungus guard as of yesterday because it is all i had.

Would metronidazole made for human consumption work?

Disolve some in water and soak the food? I already order the focus, should be here friday

You can dose the mixture that way, or freeze little portions of the mixture and feed like frozen food.
