NTT vs Indo

Which one do you like more the NTT or Indo? and why?

NTT Datnoid

Like: thin stripe patterns
more bright yellow color on the body
dont get as big as the Indo
more timid

Dislikes: extremely shy and not very active

Indo Datnoid

Like: full bar ring neck
three bar patterns resembles its cousin the Siamese Tiger
Dark gold color on the body
unique stripes patterns
more active compared to the NTT Datnoid

Dislikes: more aggressive than the NTT
stripes can be out patterns when it grow up


I like the NTT more because they have a brighter yellow color which make them stand out more.

very sickly
harder to train on pellets
very shy
submissive
have SDS(sudden death syndrome)

IT-
Grows larger and faster
Great personality
more pattern variation
easy to train to eat pellets
very hardy
higher body height

between two full grown specimens I prefer the look/color of the NTT but getting them there can be a nightmare for the reasons Datnoid101 mentioned. Raising indos is way more enjoyable.

NTT for me. Generally more consistant with being stable, main reason for me.

for juveniles, i prefer indo becuz they tend to be bolder. but for full grown stable specimen , cant really compare becuz they each have their special characteristics that i like

NTT= SDS for me. No signs of stress, disease, or fighting.
Was pellet trained and shared a 125g with just a 12" ST.
