NTT

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
how big is it? I have the same one and try to get him to eat anything like shrimp, pellet, bloodworm, superworm...etc. he still doesn't eat. Now he does eat the feeder only.. but he is not eating much.
Maybe 6 or 7 inches. Previous owner was feeding him live. He'll have to starve for a while longer since i wont over live

You may be waiting a long time to break it onto pellets. I have one 8 inch NTT that’s been in with 10 indos and 5 NTTs all of which ate pellets and it’s just now forcing itself to eat some pellets after 1 year. Earthworms and ghost shrimp may help you get it onto market shrimp.

Remember the bigger the dats are from the wild the harder it is to break them off live
Oh im not even thinking about pellets. Im just trying to get him to take some tilapia atm.

Ahh.... it’s easier getting them to eat market shrimp if you wanted to feed that but if not you’ll definitely have to starve it for awhile to get it on fish fillets. Some take to it easy while others will hold out to death.

Yep,most dats love shrimp! I used to cut them into small chunks and shove pellets into them before feeding to my dats.
