how big is it? I have the same one and try to get him to eat anything like shrimp, pellet, bloodworm, superworm...etc. he still doesn't eat. Now he does eat the feeder only.. but he is not eating much.

Maybe 6 or 7 inches. Previous owner was feeding him live. He'll have to starve for a while longer since i wont over livehow big is it? Oh im not even thinking about pellets. Im just trying to get him to take some tilapia atm.Remember the bigger the dats are from the wild the harder it is to break them off live
Ahh.... it’s easier getting them to eat market shrimp if you wanted to feed that but if not you’ll definitely have to starve it for awhile to get it on fish fillets. Some take to it easy while others will hold out to death.Oh im not even thinking about pellets. Im just trying to get him to take some tilapia atm.
