  • Count 8: Robbery with Use of a Deadly Weapon (Alfred Beardsley)(60- 180, consecutive, with 12-72, concurrent)
  • Count 9: Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Bruce Fromong)(18-72, concurrent)
  • Count 10: Assault with a Deadly Weapon (Alfred Beardsley)(18-72, consecutive)
  • Count 11: Coercion with Use of a Deadly Weapon (Bruce Fromong)
  • Count 12: Coercion with Use of a Deadly Weapon (Alfred Beardsley)
After 9 years he will be eligible for parole when all of these sentences are added up.




He was found gulity. He is gulity. Jury of peers, if you do not like it too bad, still does not change it. If you are mad that he got off last time, to bad he was found not gulity, but was of course found gulity in civil trial. Either way after he did Naked Gun his life was over.

He was found not guilty in the civil trial also, but liable...And the last line is too funny..lol
 
this thread is sad.

I can't believe someone would make a thread, with a thumbs up icon, because a guy gets put in prison... IMO it should be a thumbs down, it's sad he's in the situation.
