He did not have the gun and you cannot take the past into account uless he was convicted in the past.

They hit him hard with that sentence for publicity purposes, it will be drastically cut back.........you will see.

I do not condone his activity but that sentence is far too rough, I have been involved in cases where people shot people and get less time.
