I ordered some from an online store and when I got it I noticed it was TINY. I called OSI and asked if they knew how large FHs got, they replied yes. I then asked if they plan to make larger FH pellets available and they said no, and sent me a free bottle of the nasty large cich pellet. My FHs didnt even know I fed them the pellet was so small. I ended up mixing it in with other foods and feeding it to growouts. I am not a fan of OSI and take into consideration the fact that they market a mini pellet only for FHs.

I don't know who you talked to from O.S.I, but the O.S.I pellets that I have is big, Bigger then those grand sumo ones that look like bb's.

I currently have some of the tiny OSI pellets that I feed 1-2 times a week. My FH loves them, she goes crazy whenever I feed it to her. Although going off ingredients it doesn't appear to be as good than the cichlid pellets that I mainly feed.

are you sure its bigger then grand sumo? I use it before and it is smaller then grand summo, its like twice smaller. So for normal flower horn with no kok or no red color or female flower horn then yes O.S.I is a way to go. Its cheap and fish love it also. Its just not doing any good to the fish except keeping the fish full.

Maybe they decided to do a little research and make a larger pellet? My conversation with them on this product was at least 1.5 years ago, have not tried it since, best of luck with it.
