O75 gallon stocking suggestions?

As much experience as you've had i'm sure you've had most everything, when I set up my 75 gallon I had decided I wanted a GT and had set it up as a decent semi-aggressive community, but then got attached to a red oscar at work and now he's my favorite fish (took some rearanging of fish but all worked out) - as far as personality if you find a good specimen I don't know a whole lot better, he's only been in my tank since monday night and i've already taught him to jump to take food from my hand lol
I know you guys are probably going to say I am too picky lol but I am just not a fan of oscars lol... I have had a couple and I always end up getting bored with them. Although if I could find one of those what they call pumpkin morphs I would do it in a heart beat.... I am almost considering getting a few larger fish and just weeding them out as I go...
Nah not picky you just know what you like, I had always thought oscars were kinda boring fish and never understood why they were so popular and then i got attached to this guy and love 'em haha
