OB Peacock Cichlids?

I have a 5" OB Peacock. He is usually pretty calm but on occasion he has his aggressive moments and will chase and dominate a lot of his tank mates. The other day I surprised and netted him while he was on his rampage. I left him caught inside the 8" net for a 2 hour time out. When I released him he became calm again. I left the net on top of the glass cover as a reminder. It seems to help with aggression issues.

No you're correct, there is something wrong with it's eye. Almost like it was split open at one time and healed funky.
