One of the things I have learned through the years, is that most masters of their craft, do not have to defend their reasons or methods and do not take offense to criticism, good or bad.
If you are secure in your methods, then even 100 posts, stating what seems obvious, shouldn't bother you at all.
To me, it looks like a great way for information to get to those who don't know, and arn't so savy...repetition of data, said in different ways, is sure to make it available to all that seek it, especially to those that don't even know the questions to ask.
Emotions, other than the love of fish and fishkeeping, really shouldn't dictate any post. We as fishkeepers have a responsibility to provide the best possible care for these capive animals.
Even if it means not adding or trading for that much desired sample.
Our purchases should be well thought out.
Size and species of fish, tankmates
tank requirements filration and upkeep.
Then there is food requirements, medicines etc...
I belive if you can justify your actions and are honestly comfortable, then have at it...
but remember it is
YOUR justification and no one should expect others to have the same view and opinion, especially when their experience and years at their craft, prove different.
When I found MFK, I was captivated by the Masters that gather at this community...And it is really easy to tell who they are by the expert help and discussions they participate in.
A true Master is always learning, and knows there is always more to learn...and is willing to share this knowledge...
Save the whine for dinner, I'll take the true knowledge and help any day, and be thankful that MonsterFishKeepers.com is alive and well...
