The Mora one is one of the most well designed and well done aquarium places I have evere seen, Filipe...
 
I believe it was done by some spaniards...it is very very well planed and mounted...I sincerely loved it..
 
The Mora Aquarium was designed by an Americian and a Australian but the actual work was done by Blue Displays out of Bacelona. We have supplied them artificial coral for some of their projects in Europe. The Australian is Mark Smith who was the curator at Barcelona and Lisbon. The American is Michael Olesaka who worked on Genoa, Lisbon, and many projects.
