  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yeah and the 125 width is 24 and the pool is 6 by like 4 and like 3-4 feet deep

You said it was 18" in another thread... Either way, the bio load for the fish is far too great for a 125 gallon.

I mean you said the tank was 18" wide.

Kelberi 2" from tangledupincichlids.com was $35.
Intermedia 2" is around $200.
Good luck finding any till next year at least.

What are you talking about go back and read it the other guy said it was 18" . Not me

Why don't you consider an orino, they have been reported to grow slower then monos or ocells which will give you more time to upgrade..

now what is this about a pool? what do you plan to use to filter a pool? how about heat? i know you arent planning on a pool outside living in michigan. it takes enough for me to keep my indoor insulated pond heated to 80 that i would **** myself even contemplating keeping a pool heated in the winter.

Guess I'll have to keep my eyes open for the Kelberis ;)

Is there a "cichla season" that sees higher numbers of imports coming in? I hadn't planned to get the cichla for at least a month (want to give my new lima cat time to thicken up first).

I have a 125g. If they stay that much smaller, I'd much rather spend $35 each on 3-4 kelberis, than $13 each the LFS quoted me for the "common" peacock bass (they weren't sure which type...I'm assuming either ocell/mono or FL hybrid)...
