but some people dont have photoshop or nothing they have a camra and comp with nothing speical on it.

you shouldn't enter a contest unprepared, otherwise you'll just make a fool out of yourself..there are rules that specify what is legal and what is not on POTM, and when the MOD's allow your picture to compete that must mean they are within the guidelines or rules of the contest, because they are the ones who know best and the ones who made the rules..
fair is fair as long as they are within the rules IMO, and i'm speaking as a many time POTM loser, my hats off to those who won the contest, beauty is still in the eyes of the beholder as they say...we all gave it our best and sadly only one can be chosen..so kudos to PHULLtank and all the other POTM winners..
