Octos will most likely kill each other in the same tank and the winner will eat the loser. I would suggest you only get one.

Im getting dwarf octopus and they are ok with each other. Its been proven they are not agressive torwards each other

yes thats where I was pointed towards the octos I picked. Im doing mercs they all said tis fine and couple have kept pairs before

what ever way you go yo are going to need a tallish tank, yall want to have atleat 6" deep strip of astro-turf stuck all the way around the top of the tank or bye bye octopus.....

Imma just cover all the holes incase

Hmm...thats interesting. I would seal everything off just to be certain on top of that. I would also cover all intakes with sponges...ect. Heater should be protected, rockwork should be made incredibly sturdy. I am very excited for this thread fishy.

Imma use purple barnacles to help him make his caves. Tops will all be sealed with indoor outdoor carpeting(idk y but they dont like the feel). And The rick will be set up sturdy so they can move however they like. Main thing is they are nocturnal so Ill have to get some red plexiglass to cover the light to make the tank darker. And they wont be as active as big octopus but other then that im pumped. Just need to get some more funds.
