Feed in the mornings...I noticed that my aro eats alot more in the morning. He eats pellets easily in the morning, whereas at night he is alot more picky with food.

so i didn't feed my pleco and catfish for 2 days (sorry fellas lol)

which meant no more algae wafers to grab.

my aro gave in the morning of the 3rd day and gobbled up the aro sticks

Yup! you did the right thing! Aros are really picky eaters.. so the best way is to starve them for days until they start eating whatever it is you're training them to eat.

It's hard to train aros to eat pellets.. you're lucky your aro does. Try feeding it with something else at night like MP or SW.
