Somewhere
I want something out of the ordinary... Not something that you'll find at any type of fish store. I want something interesting. It can be fresh water or saltwater.

Plz.... List how big it gets? What Tank size it needs? and if its freshwater or salt?:)

bichirs and ctenopomas; they are freshwater. There are various species of bichirs, all over 12 inches, some over 2 feet. A 75 gallon is fine for several of the smaller species. Ctenopomas are smaller. Leopard ctenopomas are the most common, probably because they look the coolest. They get about 6 inches, maybe slightly more. There are other species like kingsley's ctenopoma which is about the same size, and others that stay smaller.

I was going to put these in my 75, but I changed my mind and I'm getting a green texas cichlid.

Do oddball inverts count? I can think of monster snails, not monster fish.;)
