I have a dovii , with a birchir and 3 silver dollars. No casulties as of yet.

L200 or adonis pleco hold up well in aggressive setups
Hoplo cats, adult size are perfect
You could try a male jade goby if he has a good cave, but it's a little risky because they don't really defend themselves most of the time. If your fish get along well and don't get aggressive much it should be fine but if you have any bullies it probably would be best to pass on the jade goby idea.
