Troy1015 got mine on july1st at about 5inches. As of aug 6th it was over 9 inches. What are you feeding yours ? Mine wont take pellets

Very nice american cichlid. I'm hoping to raise an amazing looking green terror as my main cichlid with the polys gars, ghost knife and gudgeon. Green terrors are such slow growers though I was going to do a red terror or Jag but figured that would definitely be a problem long term... I have definitely got to a point where I have had enough of the dramas of cichlids and gotten way into polys and oddballs.

I got mine at about 3 inches on july18th it is now pushing 6.5 inches. It eats tilapia and shrimp.

Im with ya bud. Hes a cool fish bit a pain. He created allot of work over the years. Hes a smart one though. He will only hand feed from my wife no one else

How big is your tank with the Jardini and Aro's in it? I'm guessing 6ft or larger. Mines 5 and half. Really high tank though.

Tank is 6'x2'x2' but ill be getting a 7'x4'x2'
