Odyssea CFS canister filter problems

did you buy off ebay?i paid $60 for my pump

its cool you didnt make anything confusing.It just makes me mad when they send in a broken product unless it when during shipping.But its all good bro
 
I would probably send it back or ask them to replace the broken piece.
 
You can get the parts to replace the broken one at the hardware store for about a buck. Is it really worth the hassle returning and getting another?
 
ebay is very good about returning money or products if they are broke/defective so imho i wouldnt settle for a broken product when you paid good money for it.

this doesnt make sense.Both parts are snap off unless they are post to connect.When i first opened the box i took everything out then i opened the canister it already came off.To me that does not seem right.

What doesn't seem right? Looks like they are either going to send you the part or you can send back the canister and they will fix it for you. What's not right about that?

Well i did not under stand it correctly lol.Cause both pump and elbow are seperated.Are they post to come in already together.this is my first cfs 500
 
IDK just send them your canister and let them fix it for you. I mean really not sure for your confusion it's not rocket science.
 
I bought a sun sun off ebay have it on my 55g had free ship works great for the price i would return it and get a new one most of the sellers on ebay are really good about that stuff if its broke they will give you a full money back or a new pump/canis
