Earlier this week one of my students said the Saints got it easy this week. I told him with the loss of their running backs I was doubtful that they would win and I know for a fact they will not cover the spread. I should buy a lotto ticket.

i've got 2 witnesses to me saying the same thing friday. i knew they had a chance because it was in seattle, then the injurie news came out and i knew they'd cover the spread. i give them just as big a chance to defeat the bears this weekend. here's my reasoning, Seattle already beat them in week 6 i believe. That horrible horrible bears offensive line and the mike martz/jay cutler combination = lots of turnovers. Anyone who says it's a foregone conclusion that the bears will smash seattle on the road has no clue what they're talking about.
