Just pick the team you think will win each bowl...The scoring system is easy..



The object of Yahoo! Sports College Bowl Pick'em is to accumulate as many points as possible.
To score points, choose the team you think will win each of the 34 bowl games and assign a unique confidence value, from 1 to 34, for each pick. For your most certain selections, you should assign the highest confidence values. With each correct choice, you earn the confidence points you attributed to that pick.
For instance, suppose you choose Team A to beat Team B and assign a confidence value of 16 to that pick. If Team A wins, you earn 16 points. If Team A loses, you earn zero points.
The group member with the most points after all the games are played wins the group. If two teams have the same score, a tiebreaker based on the score of the BCS Championship will determine the winner.

So why limit your points if losing gets you zero but possibly winning gets you more points?
 
only 1 team can be assessed each value...IE the #16 that they used can only be used on one game..So..with 32 games, the game you are most certain about, you would assign 32 to get that amount for sure...The game you are most UN certain about, you would assign 0, so you do not risk betting the high points on a sure loss....



I have never played this either, but I figured we would learn together...I have no PM's so I will give it till Monday and then make the group public...As of now, I would like an exclusive MFK group for this...No reason to not play..lol Send me your e-mail Addie's to my PM box, I send you an invite, then pick your winners...Only thing at stake is bragging rights....
 
I'd love to be a part, but football is too sacred to me to bet or whatnot.....Should have some good games tho!
 
Not to mention but i absolutely despise how College "playoffs" work same as High School. It should come down to the best team against the best team not how it is......USC gets screwed constantly and then u get teams like OSU and whatnot who don't deserve the placement they get. As far as high school in my area (South Bay Area, CA) Bellermine got totally hosed and i feel bad for that. sooooooo to that extent i hate college and hs playoffs! Just my opinion!
 
The big ten, ACC, SEC, Big 12, all have the advantage of having a conference championship. The quality of match up simply can not be rivaled by a team with only a regular season schedule to compete...The system is flawed for that reason alone. All BCS conferences should have title games, so no one gets the proverbial shaft....



And it is not betting in any way..Totaly free, and no money is exchanged...Even players and caches do this, and are allowed to....Betting money would be against your morals though...send me you addy, I'll invite ya.
