Well, Piston's lose tonight. We didn't play that well, but Boston has a lot to do with that. I think we have a good chance at stealing game 2 though....

i dont know if its the double team but the underated guards have been killing the pistons in the playoffs the last 2 years. first it was gibson now its rondo, maybe the pistons should give them a little more respect...

plus i think the pistons double by using billups to sag down at the post leaving his man open for jumpers or a fake and penetration..gibson scored a career high off of that scheme the pistons should make adjustments..

The adjustments are made, it's just that the guys have to want to fight around those screens, they get lost in the pick and roll alot, simply because they don't work hard enough.

Stole the words right out of my mouth. Me and my buddy's were just commenting on how quick Rondo is last night. He was making Billups look like quick sand on Defense and offense last night.

rondo is pretty good, but really it's more about what the Piston's do wrong, because this is a constant with the Pistons. Really it has been since Ben took his downturn, and then left. Rasheed is a great help defender, but he isn't really a presence in the paint, and that leaves a lot of gaps. Also, we play Stuckey a lot because he is a very good offensive player for a rookie, but really Afflalo is a better defender, but he cant find his way onto the court during the playoffs.
I agree Stuckey is a very good player from what I have seen. Rasheed kinda checked out last night which wasn't like him at all. He doesn't have more T's in league than anyone else for a reason. He plays with that anger and uses it well, but it is hard to get in a groove as a big man against a guy that is nailing 13-19 ft. jumpers everywhere also. I think Boston will win tomorrow and detroit will win at home also, but it goes 7 games and boston does it again.

Sheed was 3rd in the league this year, my man Kobe was first. Sheed may be a big man, but he plays alot like a small forward. He favors the short 10-15 foot jumper more than backin his guy down, which is also alot like KG.
