He had a second chance after the "Ron Mexico" incident. He had a second chance after the "Airport marijuana incident". After he was arrested, he tested positive for marijuana again. After 6 years of running a dog fighting and gambling ring, he ran out of chances. Feed him to the dogs. He isn't sorry, he's out of money.

A second chance is one thing and I am glad that you got yours.But as has been pointed out a few posts ago,this guy is a habitual lawbreaker and a wannabe thug.The second chance jazz does'nt fly here.
