Satan's plan must be working through N. Suh. that moron is really hurting my team and now people on the streets of portland
Sucks to see so much talent yet out of control.

I like a player who plays angry. If I ran a franchise - paying for fines of agression would be written into contracts.

The recent attempts to "pacify football" are killing the game. The players dont want this - they know the risks, and the price they will pay.

Asking somone moving that fast to a hit, over the course of a 5 second play to consider the way he makes a collision - is ludicris in my mind.

That being said - Suh's actions against the packers really hurt his team. Gotta play between the whistiles - and if not - just make sure that the whole world doesnt see what you are about to do.

whistle? suh's action had very lil to do with a whistle, i'm sure you saw the video. as a lion fan, i watch a ton of their games, i like players playing one level beyond the edge of control but that man is constantly attempting to behead the opponent's QB. i'd rather he was like pittsburge's james harrison and just hit them hard whereever your helmet may lands.

Suh's greatest hits, detriot bad boys are back volume 1

Yes it does. After the whistle (sorry for original spelling error) you need to get off a guy. Kill him on the next play if you want to. Do it inbetween the whistles.

There is nothing wrong with the way Suh plays IMO. I dont even think he is particularly dirty. There have definitely been dirtier players on defense in the past ten years.

If you as a football player arent trying to decapitate the person in front of you - you should probably find a new sport.

I would say Harrison is a very similar player. Both him and woodley can both, and do, hit maliciously. Some of the dirtiest players in the league IMO are steelers - the steelers offensive line is the dirtest ("cheating" wise) group of football players I have ever seen. They make a regular habit of tackling defensive lineman.

Listen to what Deacon Jones has to say about QB's : "Never met one I respected." You have to have that mentality IMO - or at the very least its desireable. He also said "Every play - I try to put him in the hospital." Its not a kind game - and like I said - the NFL pacifying it only does one good thing and that is generate fines which go to charities. Im okay with that. :D

i refuse to compare players from 10+ years ago to players playing today. they're playing under a whole different set of rules and must learn to adapt. suh is in his second year in the league, not a wiley veteran that's struggling to alter his football DNA. he wasn't this particularly rough in college either. i highly doubt many players on D respect players on Offense, that's just normal but look at the delhomme play.....he threw the QB down while he was already on his knees.

ps, just because a handful of people are dirtier, doesn't mean Suh gets a pass lol. love my lions but i'm feed up with Suh costing us yards/downs without knocking the player out of the game so it was atleast worth it. Harrisons and Woodley's dirty plays inspire the steelers because they have other great players that feel disrespected when a flag gets thrown (bears and ravens are the same way). it becomes a rallying point in the game. Suh and the lions.....unless they're up, tailspin out of control once the flags come out

Suh definitely has the ability to be a game changer, problem is that his actions are working in favor of the other team. Not sure it is just him though, as it seems the Lions lack of discipline and incredibly stupid actions are turning them into the "Raiders" of the NFC.

and other teams know this now and will continue to poke and prob to get a reaction out of them. Atleast we get a cream puff this week in minnesota without Adrian allday peterson.

With the way things have been going lately though, they'll like try to punch jared allen " square in his weiner"

Yeah suhs talent is amazing but hes a knucklehead. He will take a penalty to lose a game if he is mad.

i love cream puffs to get the lions rolling again but that's not why i just came here. i know our lone Redskins fan doesn't come to the thread after being embarassed by bderick but wow nice trick play with the pass off a reverse (Grossman hand off to helu hand off to bank pass to moss TD)
