I think the Pac12, especially the north, is starting to become a gauntlet. Obviously not SEC gauntlet quality yet, but it's definitely improving.

Your message is too long to quote but the administration that allowed bush to do what he did is no longer there either. No different then penn state. I honestly dont care about SC though but i disagree with the precedent being set by reducing the penalty. Those people were gone 14 months ago. Nothing changed. Really any different then say.....ohio state and the tatt deal? Coach left, players left or handled their suspensions. Penalties stuck.

Just leave them alllllll alone. Stick with your penalties

For team 2-12 it is. The gap at the top looks HUGE from Eugene. Lol

If the ducks blow through this season, i hope you gives recognize my point. It makes for a boring season to watch. Stiffer competition is needed to make it exciting. Ill remember losing to boise, stanford, opening day loss to LSU, title game against auburn, stiff competition against UCLA more then any of the 50 wins the last 4 years

I agree with your guys point that the competition has improved though.

WOULDN'T have bothered me in the least if PENN ST. was never good again , there is something WARPED(are you listening SEC?) about the very self worth of a general population of a region dictated by football SCORES,,, and PENN ST.(led by JOE PA) WAS right at the top of that list... all those candlelight vigils and JOE PA shrines were really memorials to PENN ST. BEING IMPORTANT,, thus that little college town 's self worth was challenged, and they lost their collective minds,, kinda like those silly GEORGIA FANS , WHO EVERY TIME THEY LOSE , they think it's time to fire a guy who wins 10 games a year in the SEC,,,FIND something else to be worried about , your football team DOESN'T SUCK.. there is a difference between PSU and USC,, IN THAT PSU ,,DID cooperate,,,hence the firings,, the USC THING ......Carroll SNUCK OUT OF TOWN, when the getting was good, while he was STILL hire able by the NFL...AND.... the AD WOULD STILL BE THERE..IF THE NON- WINNING ISSUES Had not happened

ease up there pards ,,your team hasn't even won a national title YET,, it's never easy ,,in ANY major conference...I wish the DUCKS WELL ,, especially if they represent the conference in the title game or the ROSE BOWL...BUT you really do have several tough games on the schedule and the DUCKS have a history of NOT winning national titles.. so do yourself a favor take it week by week and enjoy the season:)

Well, I'd say between 1-2 and then the rest ... I seem to remember a GREAT Stanford-Oregon last year ... ;)

The problem is it's hard to build up the rest of the conference when one team is so far above the others. So given that fact, the improvement UW, WSU, and O State have had is pretty good. Oregon needs to drop off a bit before it will get really competitive though.

all is fine ,,,you seem to GET IT!!!!:)

Missed the point Lee, one close game a year is boring. Put yourself in a ducks fan shoes for 2 minutes and you'd understand. Week by week is a 45 point blow out, waiting for the one close game a year, year after year. It's not been short term success, its sustained at this point

I don't deny they haven't won a title recently but neither has the rest of the conference so the point is mute

REMEMBER SC .. 2 TITLES, recently(the 2 before Texas).. no I GOT YOUR POINT... I humbly disagree.. the DUCKS imo,, are going to be tested SEVERAL TIMES,, and are more likely to end up with TWO losses than a national title.. BUT I could BE WRONG:popcorn:

I don't know, as much as I loathe the ducks ... Stanford will be their only real test I'm afraid. UW and UCLA might play them tough this year, but both teams play Oregon after playing Stanford so that will be tough. The Beavers are playing better, and were ranked to start the year, and rivalry games can be interesting ... no ASU this year ... but I just don't see (this year) anyone but stanford having a chance (Now I hope I am wrong).
