Yeah, I heard last week on the broadcast that if Alabama won they clenched the East, but they were wrong obviously. But the media and coaches love the SEC, so I wouldn't be surprised if the winner doesn't do a hop into #1 or #2.

can't argue that....anything is gonna be semi-iffy with 2 teams... THE MEDIA says it always works out... IT DOES,,, for tv ratings... get the SOUTH INVOLVED... THAT ALWAYS= good ratings....they got nothin' better to do....except MAYBE eatin' bbq(no other region gets real good tv ratings for cfb)... so hence the MYTH they play better
