I wish Akers the best just like Alex Smith. I will follow how they perform wherever they go but something about that kickalicious kid makes me want to see him win it. I was stoked when I saw his video and that was way before he had a jersey.

Anyone catch the Brian bank story? I watched a documentary on him 6 months ago.

Falsely accused of rape, spent 5 years in prison and 5 on probation before the accuser recanted her claims and said she made it all up. Now pursuing a football career. Tried out for SF, Seattle, atl last year. Got invited back to atl this year. Played his first game. Waiting for him to make a regular season roster so I can seek out his jersey. That's the kind of overcome all odds story I can stand behind

Yeah I saw that. I hope the best for him. From what I understand he was really good. I hope that women has to spend twice as long as he did in prison and on probation. Thats some grimey ish. What do you guys think new Orleans is going to do this year with their coach back?

Could you imagine sitting there all those years knowing you didn't do a thing to deserve what you're going through? Id be one angry young man

Horrible age too. People get use to life without you and don't know how to make room for you once you get out
