Really? not one game mentioned so far was as close or interesting as Miami vs NE. C'mon this is the NFL thread not the fantasey or what ever that kids game is you guys play. Honestly I don't even know what that is cna you bet on it?
Edit: Any time NE or Dallas looses I'm happy.
I'll have to look into that. I thought is was just some kind of game you play.
Not a great week only 8 & 7 yesterday. Dallas did their normal December choke job and of course I took GB (happy) horse but happy! I think Witten is the best Tight End in football right now too bad he's a Cowboy on the other hand Dez Bryant is as likable as Adrian Broner (different Thread). KC won & covered but gave up too many points against the Raiders (not a good sign) their D is too vulnerable. Miami did a great job beating NE it's good to see them comming out of a 20 year slump, Dolphins were always my favorite AFC team. Giants did as I suspected so I took the Seahawaks. I admit I was impressed with Minnisota even though I picked Philli. The Skins showed some signs of life yesterday too (too little to late but still). I picked NO and Breese was definatly off his game Rams beat them soundly on both sides of the ball.
Lol, we had 3 key players and one good player out against Oakland, (I think Houston is our best defensive player), and still won by more than two touchdownsCome on man, that D is a paper tiger. After beating up on poor teams they've been eaten alive by real QBs. At least they've talked Alex Smith into taking risks and chucking it to Dwayne bowe. Teams figured out they were just going 3 yards out and turning around lol. I've been proud of that maturation but let's face it, the D is only scary on paper. The proof is in the match ups
......and still no respect; Im beginning to talk like Rodney Dangerfield here. Denver and San Diego had two things in common, a Quarterback who can throw fast and accurately and a good offensive line, who both played really aggressively against our d, they adapted and I think our coaching staff will see this and we will also adapt I think the heat is that they gave them more points then any other team this yearLol, we had 3 key players and one good player out against Oakland, (I think Houston is our best defensive player), and still won by more than two touchdowns......and still no respect; Im beginning to talk like Rodney Dangerfield here.
