I was still impressed with the SC D' despite missing Bowman and Willis. Seattle had a heck of a time trying to run it up the middle, most of Lynch's yards came on the outside or due to a misdirect.

I think the interview was pretty wack too. I do like them trying to publicize the ridiculous amount Lynch gets fined. The guy goes to work, does his job well. He isn't well spoken and hates interviewing.

I 100% disagree about lynch. His contract says he must make himself available to talk about the game. Don't gotta talk about his personal life. Everyone else does it, why's he special? He can't be the only one who's shy with a recorder in front of his face.
The only point they had was maybe about beats by dre. Players not being allowed to have anything on for an hour and a half after games that's not nfl product. The players only care because there's a paycheck involved. If beats wasn't paying them they wouldn't care
I'm tired of hearing the whining about Thursday games. They're here to stay . They should take advantage of another spotlight game instead of crying about it. I don't want to hear it. Let your Union go to bat over it. Stop putting it out there for the fans

Yes he's contractually obligated. I suppose you're right. I understand fines, 20k. 50k. But 100k seems a bit extreme. But only a small fraction of his pay so I guess it's fair.
Agreed about Thursday games, both teams usually have to do it so equally inconvenient and a huge stage because you're the only game on.

Imagine you get a speeding ticket, you meet with the judge, judge gives you a warning and says if you do it again, you'll pay your new ticket plus this one? Would you speed and then gripe about the amount?

I didn't realize last year's fines were waived. Makes more sense to me now, thanks for clarifying. I see it as him buying the right not to interview. If 50k a year is all it costs him, why complain then? He makes plenty enough that if he truly hates interviewing, don't do it and pay the fine.
I speed sometimes, not criminal speeds but a few over. I have driven in the carpool lane before too when in a hurry. I figure if i can afford to pay the ticket if I get one, why not do it when short on time. Same mentality.
