The NFL apologized for TWO blown calls against the lions. The pass interference/dez Bryant on the field and a hold on 4th and 6 on the game winning drive but keep acting like Dallas "won" last week

Dallas didn't deserve to be here today. Period. Refs gave them the game. So don't whine about the refs a week later

I personally don't even care if there was an interference or not. My problem is calling interference, then picking it up AFTER you've marked it and announced it.i if you can't atleast admit that's messed up, you're being biased. Imagine calling a play for 1st and 10 and the euphoria of successful completing a third down and then having the ball moved back and being told its 4th and 1 with zero explanation that late in a game? It HAS to mess with your head. let's not pretend it didn't. If nothing was called I wouldn't usher a peep about it

Number of steps doesn't matter in this case, this falls into the "maintaining control of the ball through going to the ground." Like the rule or not (and I don't btw, actually I hate it), it was the correct reversal according to the current rule. The ground jarred the ball lose when it first hit, and both hands came off the ball.

After last week, I was rather shocked they overturned it though.

This.

I only watch ever football alone now because people can never admit that a bad call was made in their teams favor.

This is from the NFL rule book:

"A player who goes to the ground in the process of attempting to secure possession of a ball (with or without
contact by an opponent) must maintain control of the ball throughout the process of contacting the ground, whether in the
field of play or the end zone. If he loses control of the ball, and the ball touches the ground before he regains control,
there is no possession. If he regains control prior to the ball touching the ground, it is a catch, interception, or recovery."

Fell asleep during the Broncos game but not much difference(Broncos got a field goal).

My new dream match up is Seahwaks vs Colts with Seahawks winning.

Now they just made the opposite call for the same situation with the colts. He went down as he was catching the ball and it came out as he was down. They said it's his and not a fumble.

Denver lost. They were the only team left that is on my negative(dislike)side. As mentioned Seahawks are next in line for my top team, but I like the rest but prefer not to see Green Bay or Pats get a SB win again.

I'll give it to Seahawks against GB. I'm going to have to lean to Pats against Colts.

I'd like to see a GB & Colts super bowl but Seattle Pats seems more likely.
