I would have to say that soccer and lacrosse are by far the two worse sports ever created not only are the extremely boring the players in both are suck as well. Soccer players fake injuries all the time and act worse than porno movies and lacrosse is just for rich homos whos parents by them everything they want. Baseball and football on the other hand are far more superior due to the fact that one might actually have to think in the game and not just run around till someone has to play short handed or slips pass the defense. Give it up and start routing for a real sport and bassman you did get one thing right skateboarding sucks.

Your logic is flawed. We all value your opinion (except me) but this thread is supposed to be football/soccer related without having somebody like you make an ignorant post about how baseball and american football are superior. Since ignorance is bliss, you must be a very happy person.
By the looks of it, you could also use a few english classes.

i still like soccer...the best thing about lacrosse is you get to beat ppl with sticks....hockey is a far superior sport as well
You don't think anyone can give Chelsea a run? I think Arsenal (as much as I hate to admit it) has a shot, especially if Chelsea try harder to win the Champions' League. It might take some time to get Shevchenko, Ballack, and the other newcomers on the right page - and as skilled as their team is (and as deep), I'm sure guys like Lampard, Makelele, Joe Cole et al. are not going to appreciate being benched for big games. I don't know if Chelsea will have a consistent starting XI throughout the year. I guess that is a good problem to have however ...

Quaresma didn't go because we have Figo, C. Ronaldo, Simao, and Luis Boa Morte for that position

I don't know about his time in Portugal (not much coverage of their leagues in the US, I'm afraid) - but in England this is true. Unfortunately for him, this year he is losing some of the "glue" that helped that premise work. Eidur Gudjohnsen was one of the most under-rated players in the EPL - a man that could legitimately fill 4 or 5 different positions, allowing intelligent and flexible substituting. Damien Duff will be gone soon. Of course, the fallback there is Robben (not much drop-off there!). I don't think that he will be able to keep that large a # of players happy in the EPL. Particularly if some of them have the names Ballack, Shevchenko, etc. Players go the EPL to face the most outstanding opponents, week in week out, not ride the pine. Mourinho is (it hurts to admit this) THE best coach in the Premiership, and possibly the best in league futbol in the world. But even he can't guide a ship filled with mutinous attitudes. If you doubt this, just look at their transfers out these past 2 years. I am not saying everyone left has problems - but you only need a few problems in the locker room and on the field to have a BIG problem. Perhaps this is Didier Drogba's year
...And why would they want John Obi Mikel? He'll never even sniff the playing field this year. Is he going to go on loan to the Netherlands or Norway? A great up and coming player who will be stunted by being on a big team. Good for Chelsea, bad for the fans.
