I have more pics from the game that I'll upload tomorrow.
On the way home, I listened to the radio and heard some interesting things that have no truth. All everyone was talking about was the Holiday slide. I understand that it was a bad play, but he wasnt trying to hurt scutaro. People were calling him an extremely dirty player that struggles in certain areas and makes up for it by exerting his will on smaller helpless players. Then they claimed that every Giants player is an A+ stand up guy, while the cardinals are very classless, which on both sides is very far from the truth (remember Giants have more players suspended for steroids than any other team). And to cap it off, the general consensus was that the giants will use this anger to exert their will on the cardinals and win the next 3 games in STL.
I'm not just saying this as a Cardinals fan, but
Whoa! I don't care who wins, I equally dislike both! but is this post coming back to hunt You? Do You feel the slightest bit nervous?
No I'm not nervous, but I never or will never say that we have anything locked up, I don't even think in my head that we do until that final out. In no way have I ever said this series is ours or we got this. Being a New York giants and cardinals fan has really entrenched that its not over till its over mentality.
