Lol,not sure how to resond to that one.
Yeah as good and successful of a rapper as she is her lyrics are all over the place in that song.I think the track is hot but her seemingly lack of focus in the song hurts it sales wise...While I have not poured over countless photos of her,what I have seen of her in skimpy outfits,shorts,bikinis even,looks pretty legit to me.
I'm positive it's not real. Just look at early pics of her before the fame. Like around when itty bitty piggy came out.

Anaconda could have been a much bigger hit if it had more thought out and crossover/radio friendly lyrics...I guess I don't think into it that deeply about whether her parts are real or not and just enjoy the visual.I might have chalked up her bustyness in some shots to an expensive brazier...they can work wonders on a cleavage lol....Eight years ago? stuff of her from back then I don't remember if I've even seen it.
