A host on a talk radio show pointed out that one of the women admitted that she was a little drunk at the time that he abused her...he was mentioning this as if it calls her credibility into question somehow. Its kind of hard to imagine Cos as some sort of pervert but I guess if some church priests dabble in it then surely entertainers are not immune,no matter how wholesome an image they've managed to cultivate for themselves.

So you think it should be illegal for the victim to talk about it now? Cosby isnt being investigated or charged with a crime. You want to victimize the victims for talking about it now?

Its really common for rape victims not to report it. It usually takes someone else finding out and encouraging them to report it, usually having to be told you dont want this to happen to anyone else before theyre willing to even consider it.

Plus rape in the 80s??? It was his words vs theirs. There werent DNA tests, rape kits, all the advances of modern technology. All he had to do is deny it or say it was consensual.

He was putting drugs in their drinks, not physically overpoweing them. Drinking has to be involved. Everyone one if them had alcohol. That radio host is way outta line. These werent violent rape. The MO is waking up sore or in and out of consciousness seeing him on top of them or getting off them. Its rather as wholesome as rape gets. Def fits cosby. He wouldnt go about it like war machine did

Lets make up an example. Let's say Cosby raped 10 women over 10 years(1 per year from 1990 to 2000) Ok, Victim 1 keeps quite. Cosby feels bold that he got away with it and goes out and rapes victim 2. Victim 2 stays quite. Again, Cosby feels bold and attacks Victim 3...this goes on and on.

But if Victim 1 spoke out about it, then it gets attention(possibly national). Even if Cosby doesn't go to jail, he feels scared of being watched so he doesn't rape victim 2 or victim 3 or victim 4 and so on. So, yes I look at a quite victim(who is hiding the crime) as an enabler. Technically using that term...yea maybe there should be some charges.

Not happy about Bill Cosby either. I really enjoyed FA, and what the show was about. I didn't watch the Cosby Show though.

I get what you're saying borg, but I disagree

I don't know what should happen. but the last thing I would ever blame is a rape victim.

with the exception of eddie's one lonely night in a dirty motel with a tranny. he had it coming

Aww, I disagree. Unless its an obvious situation, Im always skeptical about rape accusations, ESPECIALLY when we're talking about celebrities, or anyone with lots to lose.

edit: not saying I blame anyone, just skeptical.
