Talking music is fine, I enjoy that. That's not what that thread was intended for. It ended up being a pointless live journal for half a dozen members with an occasional discussion breaking out. A REAL music thread would draw in a lot of posters

Funny thing about it was I got two notices of post deletions that I made in that thread months ago and if I recall correctly they were just mentions of songs with no accompanying video or visual of any kind.
Wtf are you talking about? I could go bump a few music threads right now. It's "what are you listening to" or any variation of that that's banned (for now). Not all musical topics
Now if only we could get the banned thread closed. Tom can you just close that junk?

That's because, after closing the thread down, I deleted several whole pages of posts to ensure I got the posts that went against the TOS. It's just not worth my time to shotgun individual posts on a closed thread. So, alot of non-violation posts were lost in the overall cleaning.
