Remember when the lounge would have 500 posts a day and a dozen new threads? Now....there's not 500 posts in a week if you subtract sumo and I trolling each other and barely a dozen new threads every 3 weeks.

Awww humor. It's hard to crack jokes when there's never new topics lol. You're right that we had a lot of weirdos. Between the humor threads and current events, this place use to be popping. I'm sure hunting and gun talk being killed didn't help as they were extremely popular threads that drew in a different crowd.
I miss maxx's BREAKING NEWS FROM..... And krich keeping us all up to date on current events. Seemed like there was an armed race to post the next big news story lol

there is a huge drop in actively participating members (including mods) for a combination of reasons
people who sparked conversations (good, bad or controversial) are banned or too busy with life to remain active on here. members used to come by the lounge a lot to shoot the breeze. some threads with potential on here may be interesting but with the lack of traffic here they just fall by the way side
lately to get any action around here I have to troll eddie. he's the only one that takes the bait so it's always me and him going at it
LT6 pretty much disbanded because what are superheroes gonna do if there is no more evil or crime to fight?

I've been spending a lot of time in the lounge on the gun forum that I frequent.....it's like no holds barred as just about any topic is allowed to be brought up for discussion,and some get pretty heated, without the moderators locking or deleting the threads.
that's pretty much how it is on the mma sites I go to
other than no x-rated content, spoilers and fighter bashing it's pretty much anything goes
