education professionals who run that school saw no problem with it.

Hello; Not that it is a big distinction, but I like to separate the classroom teachers from the administrators. My experience as teacher was that I had little to no say so as to how things were run.

Several times over the years there were overage high school students that showed no interest at all in getting an education. On more than a few times I would ask why they even bothered to show up if they were not going to at least try. Often the answer was that if they did not show up a minimum number of days their check could be cut off.

On a couple of occasions I had trouble with such students. Once after I braced a rather large male student in a hall way another teacher later took me aside. The teacher warned me to be careful with that student because he was up for a murder charge. Some judge felt he needed to be in school while awaiting trial. Of course he had "rights" so the administration could not/ did not tell any of this. That other teacher just happened to know from outside the school. No telling how many times a judge decides a school house is the "place" for such JD's.

As far as I know they were never made illegal, they are nothing more than well hyped hollow points with a scary name.Winchester the company that made them stopped production due to all the media hype.

I see, thanks. They do look wicked the way they are designed.
