OH MY GOD!!!!!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The Australian "jardini" Arowana are regarded as the most aggressive among all arowana's.

So better separate your ray with jardini for mim sure your ray are more expensive than your jardini :p

If you look closely at the head shot of the aro, you can see the tail of the catfish. We added Maracyn plus for the ray and it looks like he'll be fine, although he'll probably have some pretty bad scars. As for sand, the rays can burrow just fine in the pea gravel, and the aro only went after the motoro, not the bigger flower or hystrix.

Unless you have a massive tank(600+)gallons Jardini's need to be a solo piece. Keeping rays with any aggressive fish especially a Jardini is not a good idea. Rays do better in more peaceful settings. You need to decide which fish you want more because eventually your ray or any other tankmates are toast with your Jardini.........

The tank is 10'x3'x4'. This was the first time the aro really went nuts. In all seriousness, does any one in the area want a 20" aro?

wow thats a monster tank you have !!!

Wow, all in one swoop. That sucks.

well if you have a 10footer tank with a 3feet in wide then you can just put a divider to separate your fishes from your jardini

that´s a mean one....:nilly:

I had an Osphronemus Gorami that went nuts and killed an Oscar and a Pacu that he was raised with for many years.

those pics..Man, that is just sad. That Aro took surgical slices out of that ray. :WHOA:

But your catfish loss is terrible. My condolences.:(
