Oh no algae!!!

Will even with all of this trying I am still battling this algae. So what do yall think I should do now??? Could I try putting one of those barley pads in that are designed for ponds or would that hurt my fish and plants?

something is out of balance out of these three key things: co2, lighting, and ferts. with string algae, use a syringe with hydrogen peroxide and squirt the algae everyday for 2-3 days. it will die off quickly but will bounce back if youre conditions still arent right

Will the peroxide hurt anything in the tank I have never heard of that technique. And I will keep on trying to manipulate everything in the tank and see if I can finally make everything happy.
