I just came home and found my 15" tire track eel on the floor pretty dried up but I got him breathing again he seems like he is getting better. What Should I do. Anything I need to do to help him.

Just calm down worrying makes thing worst what is he in right now

He is in my 20 gallon haspital tank filled with water from the tank he came from. Also pulled a filter from the main tank and added 2 airstones to keep heavy surface agitation.

Well not much you can do 2 airstones good idea just keep an eye on him i thinke he will be ok in the moaring what was the tank he jumped out of??

125 gallon with a redtail cat and 2 12" clown loaches. I have a bigger tank for the redtail but hes only like 6" now.

125 it is ok you just might want to cols the spots he can get out of eel can escape really good

just clos it then you will be ok check the ell is thre any thing you see wrong cuts ,heavy breathing, brused

He is breathing super heavy and hasnt moved at all in like 30 minutes. I dont see any major injuries but he was covered in dust bunnies from behind the tank. I rinsed him in tank water then held open his gill covers and swished him real slow back and forth untill he started breathing again. He still has a little dirt on him but I am afraid to stress him out any further by trying to clean it off.
