I use rock salt. Whether or not it is an urban myth, none of the LFS (or fish keeper over here) use iodized salt here. Rock salt is cheaper than iodized salt over here in any case ^^

Noboby use sea salt for aquarium either (probably for cost reasons)

alright, i should also add salt right miguel? and since i mentioned salt, could i use rock salt for the treatment of my aro?

I think Rock Salt shouldn't help much for the anus disease. Rock Salt is effective only for healing wounds on fish's body.

i dont know if it will help because we dont know what is causing the protrusion but that anus is now protruding into the saltywater.

Use kosher salt, no iodine in it and its super cheap.
