This is for 'stealing' back his supposed stuff or something? They didn't give him life for murder, I can't imagine he's going to get life for this. Besides "life" in the US in reality means about.....5 yrs with time off for good behavior :-/

yep ...he will get 5 to 10 year ...with good behavior and a big shoot like him .he will do 40% of his senc

I was watching Court TV and the commentator stated a low ball estimate of the time he will have to do prior to being eligible for parole is approx 9yrs, which for all intents and purposes equals a life sentence for a 61 yr old man.
