Ok for fish to eat??

I went fishing on Sunday and caught some kind of small fish. I was fishing in the bay by Staten Island. I was fishing for Porgies, but caught some of these little fish also. I just want to make sure that the meat is ok to feed my tiger dats and tsn. Not sure what kind of fish it is? The meat is white tho.

Any thoughts? I know if I knew what kind of fish they were it might b better..
My father called them bigaws, but Im not sure if thats the real name or not?

Any help is appreciated.

The fish are already dead and filleted..
Im just feeding them the meat.

I eat the porgies that come from the same water..It's not dirty water. Its actually pretty clear when ur that far out in the bay..Just salty..Wasnt sure about the salt in the fish..

Hard to explain..They kinda looked like little african cichlids...Some were brown and the smaller 1's were more colorful..
