Amphilophus labiatus :) AKA: Red Devil...

that is a common change for that species..

Though To be sure I would like to see another profile pic :) there are other ampilophus species that do it too.. Though in MY opinion yours would be Labiatus.

I was thinking somewhat the same, its just the head doesn't look like a typical red devil. Maybe a cross between something and red devil?
 
The fish is smaller in the silver pic.. that would coutn for looking different.. though Citrinellus and Labiatus are commonly crossed.. so could be both.. Though in my opinion the head does look Labiatus.

But I am not there looking directly at the fish either.. So.. Ya know just an opinion..

strangely looks like two different fish. but guessing its a red devil. soon, it might even lose all that black and start looking like my avatar ;)
