You never posted the temp. With neons, it should be 82F-84F. At 84F fungi never would have started up so, it appears the temp is way too low for the species you're maintaining.
For treatment, bump the temp to 85F-86F (be sure to increase aeration since water retains less oxygen at increased temps). Use your meds (remember to remove carbon/resin charges). Once all spots disappear, continue treatment another several days to ensure that all life stages of the fungus is eradicated.

when u treated them did u take out the carbon from ur filter 2nd how big is ur tank if its big put the sick fish in a smaller tank it is easier to treat that way and get them away from the healthy fish and there is clout that stuff works good !

yea i took out the carbon and its a 75 and i dont have a smaller tank to treat the fish suks...

go to walmart and get a small plactic ben that u can use as a holding tank u can get them for like 5 bucks and take the sick fish out treat them in the smaller tank u dont need a filter on it just air

okie dokie..im gunna have to,

If rid-ich isn't working, you need to move onto the next med.

In my experience, once the ich is in the advanced stages (fish starting to die, spots all over), the "natural way" (heat, salt, water changes) is less effective. The "natural way" still works but takes longer to kill the ich. I always start using meds once the ich gets out of control.

My 2 cents.

Good luck !!!! :headbang2:headbang2

thx thats what i'm doing , im going to get some coppersafe tomorrow,
its almost like the ich became immune to the meds i was using,
although i did notice alot less spots on my fish today i have the temp up to 87 degrees,
dunno how long i can keep it at that temp but my bigger fish and uneffected phantoms seem to be doing ok...
hopefully this is the home strech..out of a school of 11 i have 3 neons left and lost 1 blk phantom tet and a sae...
