Ok I'll admit it.... I messed up. So now how do I fix it?

Any way you can get anything thats been in a tank for awhile, filter media, driftwood, etc. Any bacteria culture you add will help your cycle. Watch your feeding cut it back to nothing if possible.Whatever organics go into the tank eventually have to break down. Then water changes if the levels get out of hand.

Dr Tims Nitrifying Bacteria, I swear by this stuff, a little pricey but worth it.

DrsFosterSmith sells it.. This stuff really works...

If you decide to use it, I would do a 50-75% water change on the day you treat the tank with it.

Just makesure to do the water change with a good dechlorinator, even double dosing.

You don't want to dump the good bacteria into water that will kill it.

This stuff really works, I've had such great success with it, that I will never start a tank again without it.

you say you've cycled a tank before so i' guessing you have more than one tank. if you do put some mature gravel in a pair of socks and place in tank next to a powerhead. i've always found this speeds up the cycling process.
good luck
